The striker will move to Buriram United later this week, having failed to make a single appearance at Barcelona after his £12 million move to Camp Nou in 2009
The striker completed a £12 million transfer to Camp Nou in 2009, having scored 21 league goals for Coritiba the year before prior to a move to Palmeiras.
Keirrison failed to make a single first-team appearance for Barca, however, and instead embarked on five successive loan spells to Benfica, Fiorentina, Santos, Cruzeiro and former club Coritiba - whom he later joined on a permanent deal - and is now set to complete a move to Buriram.
Buriram have won five Thai titles but the move marks a significant step backwards for Keirrison, who was touted as the striker most likely to lead the line for Brazil at the 2014 World Cup.
The name Buriram literally translates as 'city of happiness', so here's hoping the star can recover his mojo.
